The QBCC Site Supervisor Course is comprised of four (4) units of competencies from within CPC60220 Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) specified in the QBCC Technical Qualifications for Licensing (December 2022) for an Open Site Supervisor licence application.

It is ideal for individuals who are either:

Experienced construction managers and / or supervisors working in site supervision roles on complex large scale construction projects.
Construction professionals seeking a QBCC Open Site Supervisor licence.
Individuals with relevant industry experience who want to formally recognise their skills through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

Recognition Of Prior Learning (RPL)

The RPL pathway allows individuals to be assessed without the need for completing any formal training provided they meet the requirements for the relevant industry experience, existing skills and knowledge in:

Site supervision and coordination of schedules.
Detailed knowledge of building codes and standards.
Experience analysis, managing, evaluating and mitigating workplace health and safety risks and hazards.
Structural principals in highrise and large complex building and construction projects.
