RPL is an assessment only process that captures and recognises an individual’s existing knowledge base, skill set, and experience in alignment to the specific competency requirements within a qualification.

This process allows individuals to gain formal qualifications without having to undergo traditional training for the skills and knowledge they have already acquired through previous education, employment background and history, on the job training and more.
